H&M Group in Barcelona is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee the full payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately in line with local laws and internal guidelines. You will work closely with Accounting, HR and store teams to deliver reliable payroll service.

The ideal candidate has a Labour Relations or Law degree, at least 2 years of payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and fluency in Spanish with intermediate English.

Formación

• Degree in Labour Relations or Law required.
• Experience running the full payroll process.
• Spanish fluency and intermediate English required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the full payroll process in compliance with local laws and company guidelines.
• Review new hires and correct payroll records as needed.
• Process terminations, salary changes, back pay and overtime.
• Calculate deductions, sick leave, and vacation entitlements.
• Provide payroll support to stores and respond to inquiries.
