Shine is seeking a Regulatory Analyst specialised in labour legislation and payroll to join our Payroll team. You will translate regulatory changes into clear product requirements and work with Product, Engineering, Quality and Customer Support to keep our payroll software compliant with Spanish law.

This role connects labour regulation with payroll operations and digital product development, requiring strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication in Spanish, and the ability to manage

Formación

• Degree in Labour Relations, Law, HR, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Spanish labour law and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and social security contributions.
• Experience with payroll or HR software and professional services.
• Ability to translate regulation into operational product requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor changes in labour legislation and payroll regulation.
• Analyse impact on product modules, calculations, forms and reports.
• Define business rules and testable acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support.
• Maintain regulatory calendar and ensure regulatory compliance before releases.
