SD Worx in Spain is hiring a Danish Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for Danish clients within an international environment. You will ensure accurate processing, stay compliant with Danish payroll regulations, and support colleagues across Europe.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll, Danish C2, and English B2, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. We offer training, flexible scheduling, private medical insurance, and generous vacation days.

About the role:

A key role within our payroll operations team, responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll solutions while working in an international environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Overseeing the full payroll process for Danish clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution.
• Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions.
• Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.

What do you have to offer?

• You bring a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, preparing bank files, calculating vacation pay, and beyond.
• You thrive in dynamic settings, are proactive, and have a growth mindset, with a keen interest in making impactful contributions to a vibrant organization.
• You are proficient (C2) in Danish and have a strong command of English (B2), coupled with a solid grasp of Danish employment laws and payroll regulations.
