Job summary

Jobgether in Spain seeks a Service Delivery Automation Analyst to transform complex payroll operations into reliable, scalable automated workflows. You will work at the intersection of operations, data, and technology to improve payroll accuracy and predictability across countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations automation, process improvement, payroll operations, or similar.
• Hands-on production workflows with tools such as n8n, Alteryx, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar.
• Experience using large language models to structure unstructured text into usable data.
• Experience API integration, webhooks, and other integration methods.
• Strong SQL and data skills for multi-source data investigation and analysis.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear rules and data requirements.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Ownership mindset with end-to-end project management from discovery to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end payroll processes across systems and country-specific requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities by evaluating repetitive tasks and risks.
• Improve processes by removing unnecessary steps and preventing errors.
• Translate policies into documented, version-controlled rules with effective dates.
• Build and maintain automated workflows connecting platforms, payroll systems, databases, and APIs.
• Apply AI to interpret requests, extract information, and route cases for payroll impact validation.
• Combine rule-based logic, workflow automation, AI, and human review as needed.
• Ensure audit trails, error handling, alerts, and approval controls in workflows.
