Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a continuous improvement consultant to join the Southern-Europe Center of Excellence (France, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal). The role focuses on Automation and AI, managing end-to-end process improvements and implementing scalable solutions.

You will work with IT and stakeholders to automate transactional processes, develop AI/data-driven opportunities, and drive change in payroll administration. Fluency in French and English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Digital and AI-literate mindset.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and concrete optimisations.
• Experience in defining/improving process flows and setting up chatbots.
• Experience with change and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Innovating, standardising and automating transactional processes to reduce manual actions.
• Exploring and developing AI and data-driven opportunities to improve processes.
• Analysing, managing, improving and implementing processes and tools to optimise workload.
• End-to-end ownership: business analysis, development with IT, roll-out, communication and follow-up.
• Building buy-in among stakeholders and guiding them through change.
• Monitoring process standards with Lean methodology.
• Working with near-shoring and offshoring contexts.
• Questioning existing methods and proposing scalable improvements.
