Leadtech Group in Barcelona offers a senior Payments & Revenue Optimization leadership role with flexible remote or Barcelona office options. You will own payment strategy for multiple business units, manage two sub-teams, and align with Risk and Compliance to optimize routing and enrichment.

You will drive AR uplift, evaluate APMs, build analytics dashboards, and communicate performance and roadmaps to BU stakeholders. A highly collaborative, high-impact role awaits.

Formación

• 5+ years in payments/fintech/e-commerce; 5+ years in people management.
• Hands-on with PSPs (Stripe, Adyen, WorldPay, PayPal) and routing/AR optimization.
• Experience managing internal stakeholders (BU partnerships).
• Practical experience with payment orchestration and multi-PSP setups.

Responsabilidades

• Own payment strategy for each BU and drive AR optimization.
• Lead two sub-teams: Revenue Optimization and Account Management.
• Coordinate onboarding of new MIDs, markets, PSPs end-to-end.
• Deliver dashboards, alerts, and AR/decline-reason breakdowns for day-to-day decisions.
• Maintain SLAs and regular business reviews with BUs.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and external partners on routing/enrichment.
