dLocal is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our Payments Performance team in Barcelona. In this role, you will optimize payment performance across multiple dimensions, including improving conversion rates and managing operational costs.

Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining Java applications, leading technical architecture, and collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong Java development experience and a passion for fintech.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Solid experience in Java application development and software architecture.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
