Freightos is seeking a Payments Operations Analyst in Barcelona to orchestrate our global payments platform. You will work on process automation, credit management, and partner data streams using AI tools to scale efficiency and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in operational analysis in Finance or Payments.
• Aptitude for using AI tools to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
• Strong ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Payments Process Automation: map/analyze AR/AP and reconciliation workflows; collaborate with Finance, Product and Technology to deploy AI-driven automation; track key metrics.
• Credit Management: own and automate credit processes across the customer lifecycle; monitor credit and fraud risk with automated tools.
• Streamlining Partner Data and Processes: accelerate onboarding of new payment programs; audit data streams from fintech partners and resolve discrepancies.
