The role involves configuring PaymentIQ rules and collaborating with support, commercial, integration and backend teams to deliver a seamless payment experience.

Formación

• Experience in payments operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to configure payment rules and optimize payment flows.
• Experience supporting integration of new payment providers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day payment processes across a portfolio of brands.
• Monitor transactions and troubleshoot payment issues.
• Support the integration of new payment providers and rule configurations.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Commercial, Integration and Backend teams to ensure a seamless payment experience.
