Xsolla is seeking a PS Delivery Manager to lead payment solution integrations from a technical, operational, and user-experience perspective. You will collaborate with engineering, product, UX/UI, marketing, and external payment partners to ensure new solutions are well-documented, easy to use, performant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Formación

• Experience in payment solutions, payment integrations, fintech, or related technical/product environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze technical documentation, APIs, integration guides and product requirements.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user journey optimization, especially in payments or conversion-sensitive digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze payment solution setup and technical documentation with development teams to understand capabilities and requirements.
• Translate technical documentation into practical implementation knowledge and identify integration challenges.
• Own the end-to-end integration perspective, ensuring a clear and efficient user journey.
• Represent the company in communications with payment providers and partners during integration and promotions.
• Act as an SME for marketing and communications, contributing to launches and product materials.
• Collaborate with Product Design and UX/UI to review and improve the end-to-end payment user journey.
• Research and apply best practices in payment UX, integration flows, and customer experience.
• Provide internal SME support for new payment launches and educate teams on new methods.
• Analyze payment performance and customer experience to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with external partners on conversion rate, UX, and performance enhancements.
