Xe is hiring a Team Lead to own how a squad builds and ships, from architecture and API design through to delivery, reliability, and the growth of engineers on the team.

You'll lead the squad that moves money for Xe's customers, shaping its technical direction and ensuring quality delivery with product collaboration. This role emphasizes mentoring, interviewing, and advancing AI-enabled development.

Formación

• 6–10+ years building production software systems end-to-end.
• Track record of technical leadership and squad-level accountability.
• Experience coaching engineers and conducting regular 1:1s.
• Strong backend in C# / .NET; frontend fluency in Vue.js or React.
• Solid system design with distributed/microservices architecture.
• Payments/fintech or money-movement domain experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the squad's architecture, APIs, and integration work across services.
• Own engineering delivery, roadmap alignment, and release planning with PM.
• Mentor engineers, run interview loops, and support growth.
• Drive AI tooling adoption across the SDLC and production.
• Collaborate with adjacent squads to coordinate跨 boundary work.
