Xsolla seeks a Tech Lead to own the architecture, integrations, and technical direction for systems that bridge Xsolla’s platform with external backend gaming service providers. You will guide a team delivering high-impact features that unify services across platforms.

This role requires deep expertise in game backend ecosystems and the ability to design scalable integration workflows. You will mentor engineers, align APIs and workflows with partner teams, and ensure secure, observable data

Formación

• Strong technical leadership and architecture ownership.
• Experience with backend gaming systems or large-scale integrations.
• Proven ability to design integrations across distributed platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for integrations with third-party gaming services.
• Design robust, scalable solutions connecting external game backends with Xsolla ecosystem.
• Act as SME on backend gaming systems: identity, entitlements, inventory, progression, matchmaking, social features.
