IQVIA seeks a Medical Information Specialist to manage direct inquiries from Health Care Professionals and patients, delivering accurate safety information and coordinating data for adverse events. You will engage in triage, translation where needed, and ensuring case clarity according to client SOPs and regulatory expectations.

The role emphasizes high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and capacity to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality across Lifecycle Safety

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science required.
• Excellent written and verbal German (native/C2) and English (min.C1).
• Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety services.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls, voicemails, chats, faxes or emails from investigators and other sources.
• Disseminate clear information to healthcare professionals and patients per approved scripts.
• Create and document Adverse Event and Product Quality reports with concise data entry.
• Review Lifecycle Safety data and process reports in accordance with SOPs and guidelines.
