IQVIA in Madrid seeks a Lifesciences professional to join a fast-growing Lifecycle Safety team. The role focuses on reviewing and processing safety and product quality information, providing call center support to healthcare professionals and consumers, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely case closure.

Formación

• Life Sciences degree required.
• Fluent Estonian (C2/native) and English; another foreign language (min. C1).
• Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.

Responsabilidades

• Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, product support, and other needs as required.
• Receive, triage, review and process Lifecycle safety operational data; code medical terminology, write narratives, generate queries, and assist with reconciliation.
• Document incoming calls or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting safety data.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment; train and mentor less experienced team members and operations staff.
• Establish and maintain effective team project communications; liaise with Project Manager to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Participate in training across Lifecycle safety processes and in implementation of new initiatives.
