Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a Pastry Intern to support the pastry team in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in a luxury kitchen. The program targets students eager to develop technical skills and creativity while learning the Four Seasons standards.

You will work closely with the Pastry Chef, rotate through pastry sections, and gain hands-on experience in a prestigious, fast-paced environment on Mallorca.

Qualifications

• Currently studying pastry or culinary related field.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Fluency in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods under the pastry team.
• Support the Pastry Chef and team with daily preparation, production, and service.
• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Rotate through different pastry sections to gain a comprehensive understanding of pastry operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage within the pastry kitchen.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with mise en place for daily operations.
• Contribute ideas to the pastry offering.
