MSX International Group is seeking a parts support specialist to back the Spanish and Portuguese dealer network, coordinating enquiries, pricing, stock and logistics within our ERP environment.

You will work with HQ engineering to escalate technical issues and improvements to the EPC/PCM catalog, process transport claims and returns, and support urgent deliveries while maintaining compliance with procedures.

Formación

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
• Experience in automotive spare parts, aftersales, dealer network support or B2B technical support.
• SAP experience (MM/SD) or equivalent ERP at user level.
• Excel at intermediate to advanced level.
• Native Spanish, English B2 level, Portuguese B1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Dealer network support across the Spanish and Portuguese network.
• Enquiries on parts availability, pricing, delivery times and logistics.
• Identifying parts through the EPCM catalogue and ERP coordination with HQ.
• Reviewing and processing transport claims and returns with logistics providers.
• Operational use of ERP for stock enquiries, orders and urgent deliveries.

Job Description

This part specialist will be the reference point of contact for all enquiries from the
network and the person who coordinates their resolution, ensuring the service level
committed with the network.

MAIN TASKS:
Dealer network support
• Handling and resolving enquiries from the Spanish and Portuguese network
across all channels established for this purpose.
• Enquiries on parts availability, part identification, pricing, delivery lead
times and logistics support.
• Identifying parts through the electronic parts catalogue (EPCM).
Internal coordination
• Acting as the interface with the engineering department at HQ for the
escalation of technical issues and improvements to the electronic
catalogue.
Reverse flow: claims and returns
• Reviewing, approving or rejecting transport claims and returns, verifying
compliance with the established procedure.
• Working with the national warehouse to solve delivery incidents, shortages
and damages.
• Identifying recurring incidents and proposing corrective actions.
Operational support
• Daily use of our ERP: stock enquiries, order tracking and urgency allocation.
• Coordinating with the warehouse on the prioritisation of urgent deliveries.
• Contributing to the department's digitalisation and process improvement
projects

Qualifications

What we're looking for
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration,
International Trade or a related field.
• Experience in automotive spare parts, aftersales, dealer network support or
B2B technical support in an industrial environment.
• SAP experience (MM/SD) or an equivalent ERP at user level.
• Excel at intermediate to advanced level.
• Native or bilingual Spanish, English B2 level, Portuguese B1 level.
• Strong communication skills in negotiation settings.
• Attention to detail and rigour in applying established procedures.
• Previous experience with an automotive importer or OEM an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic parts catalogues (EPC/EPCM).
• Experience handling claims with logistics providers.
