Job summary

eDreams ODIGEO seeks a Prime Partnerships Specialist to manage and grow our global partner ecosystem. This hybrid role blends relationship management, campaign design, and AI-driven optimization to scale performance.

You will collaborate with product, brand, legal, and customer service teams to maximize partner value, monitor metrics, and identify new growth avenues. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, partner success, or account management.
• Demonstrated high agency and ownership, with a desire to grow partnerships.
• Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to optimize campaign workflows.
• Fluency in English is required.

We are seeking a dynamic Prime Partnerships Specialist to manage and expand our partnership portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a customer-centric mindset and a proven track record in project management. In this role, you will lead high-impact partner initiatives, identify new growth avenues, and adopt AI-driven insights and automation to scale operations, elevate campaign performance, and drive mutual growth. Crucially, you will operate with high agency and a strong desire to grow relationships, deeply understanding their long-term potential.

What you will do:

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Partnership Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring high satisfaction, alignment with business goals, and sustained revenue growth.
• Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and implement joint campaigns to generate mutual growth for partners and eDO.
• Relationship Growth & Potential Realization: Take proactive ownership to evaluate partner ecosystems, understand their full potential, and unlock new partnership models. Maximize mutual value by deepening and expanding relationships using AI market tools.
• Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance and report key metrics such as sales growth, Prime Subscription rates, and overall revenue impact.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, brand, legal, and customer service teams to execute partnership campaigns.
