eDreams ODIGEO is seeking a Prime Partnerships Intern to support building, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships. This role offers hands-on experience in partnership development, digital strategy, and AI-assisted workflows.

The internship is offered on a hybrid basis in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate is a motivated, tech-curious student or recent graduate with foundational knowledge of digital marketing, strong organizational skills, and a proactive desire to leverage AI

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research and automation.
• Proactive, able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for building partnerships and driving mutual value.

Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Market Research: Conduct research on prospective partners, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends using both traditional methods and AI research/data-gathering tools.
• Assist in the development of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Support ongoing partner relationships through communication, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Help track and measure partnership performance using internal tools and metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support partnership initiatives.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving partnership strategies and engagement.

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Prime Partnerships Internyou will be in charge of:

• AI-Assisted Market Research: Conduct research on prospective partners, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends using both traditional methods and AI research/data-\u2011gathering tools.
