Factorial HR is expanding its Partner business by shaping strategic initiatives and scalable processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisions and AI-powered ideas that move the needle in our Strategic Partnerships function, with a focus on Europe and the German market.

You will own partner performance reporting, design tracking systems, and help scale GTM actions. The role demands 2–3 years in strategy consulting or related fields, a Tier-1 education,

Formación

• 2–3 years experience in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC.
• Bachelor in Engineering or from a Tier-1 business school.
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.
• Fluent in English and German; French/Italian/Spanish a plus.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
