Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking Assistant Account Managers to join our Supply crew. You will onboard new partners, help them create listings, and guide them through the platform, working closely with Sales and Customer Care.

You are fluent in Italian and English, with prior customer-facing experience, and you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, taking initiative to improve partner satisfaction.

Formación

• Ideal experience in a customer-facing role (internship or student / summer job).
• Comfortable on the phone and advising customers.
• Proactive, curious, and able to work in a startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new partners and help create their listings (ad, pictures, etc.).
• Support partners by updating ads and calendars.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Care teams to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Assist with market research and BU presentations as needed.
