Click&Boat, a leading boat rentals platform, is seeking Assistant Account Managers to join the Supply crew in Barcelona. You will onboard new partners, help create listings, and guide them through how the platform works, while collaborating with Sales and Customer Care to ensure a high-quality experience for owners and tenants.

Fluent English is required; prior customer-facing experience is ideal. The role offers a hybrid setup with 1 remote day per week, and a 4-6 month contract starting Jan or

Formación

• Fluent in English required to communicate with customers.
• Ideally one internship or student job in a customer-facing role.
• Dynamic and comfortable on the phone with customers.
• Team player who inspires trust and takes initiative.
• Interest in start-up environments and willingness to share ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new partners who register on Click&Boat and assist with boat listings setup.
• Handle side missions such as market research and BU presentations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales and Customer Care to ensure high-quality experiences for owners and tenants.
• Support partners to maximize account potential and keep calendars up to date.
