Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking Assistant Account Managers to join the Supply crew. You will onboard partners, help create listings, and guide owners through the platform, with close collaboration with Sales and Customer Experience teams.

The role emphasizes bilingual Italian and fluent English communication, startup-minded attitude, and a proactive approach in a fast-growing international company with a 6 to 9 month contract and a 1 day per week remote policy.

Formación

• Bilingual in Italian and fluent in English.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred (internship or summer job).
• Confident on the phone and enjoys advising customers.
• Team player, proactive, and trustworthy.
• Interested in startup environments and sharing ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new partners who register on Click&Boat and assist with creating boat listings and photos.
• Handle side tasks such as account management improvements and calendar updates.
• Contribute to market research and BU weekly/monthly presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure a high-quality user journey.
