Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join the Supply crew. You will onboard new partners, help create their boat listings, and ensure calendars are up to date while coordinating with Sales and Customer Care for a seamless experience.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and fluent English, a customer-facing mindset, and a collaborative spirit in a fast-growing international company.

Formación

• Onboarding new partners and assisting with boat listings creation.
• First experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills; customer satisfaction driven.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new partners and help create their boat listings (ads, photos).
• Maintain calendars and update ads to maximize revenue.
• Participate in market research and BU presentations as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Care to ensure high-quality service.

Conocimientos

Bilingual in Spanish

English fluency
