Job summary

Polo Valley is looking for an HR & People Coordinator to join on a part-time basis, handling day-to-day HR matters and supporting the full employee lifecycle. The role is hands-on, requires initiative, and works with management and staff across the business.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and attendance, with travel between Sotogrande and San Enrique locations in a small, international organisation.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience in small to mid-size settings.
• Experience across employee lifecycle and recruitment.
• Strong organisation, communication and discretion.
• English fluency; knowledge of Spanish practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle HR administration and personnel records.
• Monitor holidays, absences and attendance.
• Coordinate with payroll and external advisors.
• Maintain HR procedures and support management on HR matters.
• Support managers to improve the employee experience.
