About the role

Provide organizational and administrative support to internal customers, supporting a range of HR activities in the Service Center.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and implement HR processes.
• Support the full recruiting process: preparing job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, employment contracts, and onboarding.
• Maintain master data and employee files (digital and physical).
• Coordinate health management, contact with the Mutua and External Prevention Company.
• Interface with HR services (Labor Contracts, Payroll, Social Security, Terminations, etc.).
• Assist in annual processes such as Performance Management and Rewards Planner.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
• Engage with Universities and Schools to acquire interns.

Education / Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
