Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collections/credit management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes and customer claims.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization of back-office procedures.
• Manage administrative tasks related to electronic invoicing and error notifications.
• Systematically track collection actions and payment commitments with full traceability.
• Prepare credit management reports including aging, DSO, and overdue balances.
• Support monthly close with basic cash flow monitoring and forecasting.
• Prepare data for output VAT reporting and reconcile VAT registers.
