Job summary

CCR (Carrier Commercial Refrigeration) in Madrid is seeking a Finance Analyst – Collections to oversee the Italian customer portfolio, reducing overdue receivables and DSO through structured follow-up and collaboration with Sales and Customer Service.

The role includes credit management reporting, basic controlling, VAT output preparation, and month-end close support, with a focus on payment reminders and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in collections and/or credit management.
• Part-time availability: 20 hours per week.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Native-level Italian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes and claims; standardize back-office procedures and manage invoicing tasks.
• Systematically track collection actions and payment commitments with full traceability for each customer account.
• Prepare credit management reports including ageing, DSO, and overdue balances with commentary.
• Support RTR team during monthly accounts receivable closing, including open items and cash receipt cut-off activities.
• Manage collection activities for Italian customers via phone and email.
