Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in finance/economics/linguistics, 1+ years in collections, and fluent English and German. The role is onsite in Madrid with collaborative, cross-functional growth opportunities in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or Linguistics preferred.
• 1+ years of full-time collection experience.
• Business fluency in English and German required.
• Strong communication skills with multiple internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Establish contact with past due customers and resolve delinquency.
• Collaborate with billing, sales and internal departments to achieve goals.
• Monitor accounts daily and encourage timely payments.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
• Assist with process improvements and data investigations.
