Haleon plc. in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Packaging Technical Lead to manage knowledge on products, performance, and packaging processes. You will supervise CPV, validation, and change controls while coordinating with QA, QC, Engineering and Operations to maintain validated state.

You will lead packaging design input, drive packaging improvements, and collaborate across Manufacturing and Supply to optimize processes and material usage. Strong technical and regulatory knowledge is essential.

Formación

• BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related area.
• Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing Science, Product Development, or Technical Operations role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment technology.
• Use of problem solving and continuous improvement tools.
• Project management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads or contributes to, as required, change controls impacting products or manufacturing processes.
• Liaise with Regional and Global Technical, QA, QC, Engineering, and Operations to ensure proper controls are established and maintained for products to be manufactured in a validated state of control.
• Implement and maintain continued process verification (CPV) for determined products and processes on site, including packaging, with data trending and statistical analysis.
• Maintain and review product control strategies (PCS) and technical risk assessments (TRA).
• Provide information to develop and execute process validation and participate in validation of manufacturing and packaging process parameters to ensure product quality.
• Lead site input to package design and act as the 'voice of packaging' for the site.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering for projects on material simplification, productivity and CAPEX integration.
• Lead improvement projects related to manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Support HAPS deployment mindset and participate in PCTs.
