CAIP Group is seeking a packaging logistics specialist for its two greenfield European plants in Spain and Hungary. You will design the packaging and logistics system from the ground up, managing costs and supplier concepts.

You will lead packaging development, APQP/PPAP activities, and coordinate with OEM standards while being willing to travel to customer sites and suppliers. Fluent English is required, with Spanish or Hungarian a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in automotive supply, preferably interior or plastics.
• Experience in plant ramp-up or new program launch is a plus.
• Able to run packaging development and logistics validation.
• Familiar with OEM packaging and logistics standards (VDA/Odette).
• Fluent English; Spanish or Hungarian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop packaging concepts for new products from first draft to customer release.
• Deliver logistics and packaging cost position for RFQs within program timing.
• Define and release packaging for after-sales spare parts per OEM requirements.
• Review supplier packaging concepts and drive standardization to reduce variants.
