Haleon is seeking a site technical lead for packaging technologies, responsible for knowledge management on product performance, CQAs, and CPPs. You will act as the packaging voice, drive technical transfer, and ensure validated state of control across site manufacturing and packaging.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing science or related areas, with strong problem solving and project management skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related area.
• Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing Science, Product Development, or Technical Operations role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment technology.
• Use of problem solving and continuous improvement tools.
• Project management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads or contributes to, as required, change controls impacting products or manufacturing processes.
• Liaise with Regional and Global Technical, QA, QC, Engineering and Operations to ensure products are manufactured in a validated state of control.
• Implement and maintain continued process verification (CPV) for determined products and processes on site, including packaging, with data trending.
• Maintain product control strategies (PCS) and technical risk assessments (TRA).
• Provide information to develop and execute validation protocols and approve validation reports.
