Persán, a leading multinational in home and personal care, seeks an R&D Packaging Category Expert to drive innovation and standardization of packaging materials. You will define material roadmaps, balance sustainability with performance and cost, and ensure pack-machine fit on high-speed production lines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Packaging/Materials R&D in FMCG/CPG or related industries.
• 2+ years in a category management or technical leadership role for materials.
• High level of English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a materials plan aligned with R&D, Operations, Sustainability and the Business.
• Create/update material specifications and test methods; manage change control with traceability.
• Identify/approve/develop suppliers; establish dual sourcing and monitor performance.
• Drive OEE improvements, SMED for format changes, and reduce scrap/waste.
• Lead stage-gate projects with timelines, risk management, budget and KPIs.
