GoodLife Foods is seeking a Packaging Development Specialist to lead packaging development across multiple NPD projects. You will translate briefs into technical concepts, ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance, and drive optimization with cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, suppliers, and production.

You will report to the Packaging Development Manager and contribute to a fast-paced, international environment with opportunities to take ownership and deliver results.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Packaging Science and Technology, Industrial Design Engineering, Food Processing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years in FMCG Packaging R&D preferred, food environment.
• Solid knowledge of common packaging materials and formats; fiber-based packaging knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead packaging development activities for new product launches.
• Translate briefs into technical packaging concepts meeting functionality, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate and qualify packaging concepts and materials; drive cost improvements and production efficiencies.
