We seek a Category Expert to govern Persán's Product Plan by identifying opportunities and building compelling business cases that deliver value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• High level of English (C1).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in consumer goods or retail/distribution.
• Willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Identification of market opportunities.
• Definition of Persán's Product Plan and strategic alignment with opportunities.
• Preparation and defense of the Business Plan for projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality) and manage timelines and budgets.
• Monitor risks and resolve issues to keep projects on time and on budget.
