As Corporate Engineering Packaging Manager you will be responsible for directing and managing all activities related to packaging development and innovation for home care and personal care products at the corporate level. To this end, you will lead the development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of packaging solutions that directly impact multi-plant packaging and production lines, ensuring a balance between sustainability, cost, performance, and manufacturability.
This role is essential to ensuring that products not only meet quality and safety standards but are also innovative and sustainable, leading a team where you coordinate end-to-end projects to stabilize and optimize operations following investments in automation.
