GoodLife Foods is seeking a Packaging Development Specialist to drive packaging concepts for new product launches across multiple NPD projects. You will translate commercial briefs into technical packaging concepts, ensure functionality and sustainability, and lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, procurement and production.

You will own testing across packaging formats, manage trials, and document specifications for handover to operations, reporting to the Packaging Development Manager.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in a packaging related field.
• Minimum 3 years in FMCG Packaging R&D preferred (food environment).
• Knowledge of common packaging materials and formats; fiber-based and flexible film tech an advantage.
• Experience with testing/qualification procedures across formats.

Responsabilidades

• Lead packaging development for new product launches.
• Translate briefs into technical packaging concepts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive packaging optimization, cost improvements, material changes and efficiencies.
• Coordinate with NPD, procurement, suppliers and production teams to implement packaging.
• Lead trials and document specifications for handover to Technical Office/Operations.
