Position: P2P Team Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Execute end-to-end processing and management of invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
2. Engage with Stock Control to facilitate order confirmations and resolve purchase order issues.
3. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to optimize the P2P process from order creation to payment.
4. Match incoming invoices with POs, verify accuracy, and process invoices promptly.
5. Identify and implement process improvements within the P2P process to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times and errors.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related roles, with team management focus.
3. Strong knowledge of transactional finance activities.
4. Experience in the industry or relevant sectors is highly desirable.
5. Fluent in both Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
