Approach People Recruitment seeks a global P&C digitalisation specialist to drive SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR data initiatives across international subsidiaries. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, test, train users, and improve onboarding, offboarding, and data quality.

You will coordinate testing, release management and dashboards, support global HR controlling, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Formación

• Degree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or IT.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors across modules.
• International/global SAP SuccessFactors implementations experience.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German advantageous.

Responsabilidades

In this role you drive global P&C digitalisation and HR data initiatives, coordinating cross-country implementations and improving HR applications and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements, test and train users, and enhance onboarding, offboarding, and data quality. The position sits at the intersection of HR, IT and analytics, enabling data-driven decisions and better people processes. You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver value in a dynamic international environment.
