Responsibilities

• Communicate with underwriters and overseas offices to support multinational programs.
• Manage workloads per service level agreements and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure premium bookings and program maintenance meet standards.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects in the Global Services Department.
