This 12-month FTC role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required, with a customer‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• Professional language skills in English, French and Spanish.
• Insurance or underwriting support experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with Underwriters, overseas offices, and other Chubb staff, functioning as a trusted advisor.
• Manage workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreements and prioritize tasks.
• Work within Chubb ethical and compliance standards.
• Prepare and maintain multinational workbooks per Global Services Department standards.
• Assist with ongoing projects for continuous improvement.
