Chubb European Group Ltd. in Madrid is seeking an Underwriter Operations Technician – Outwards who is fluent in English, German and Spanish to support multinational programs. You will manage a diverse portfolio, interact with brokers and network partners, and ensure accurate premium bookings and program maintenance.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork. It is a 12-month FTC based in Madrid with flexible working options and a focus on service quality
Formación
- Professional language skills in English, German and Spanish.
- Experience in underwriting support; insurance background preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
Responsabilidades
- Communicate with underwriters, overseas offices and staff, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Manage workloads according to SLAs, with time management and prioritisation.
- Maintain multinational workbooks per Global Services Department standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Perform incidental tasks as priorities change.
