Jobgether is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) in Spain to drive outbound pipeline and qualify high-potential opportunities. You will engage prospects via cold calling, emails, and social selling while partnering with sales and marketing to refine value messaging and improve conversions.

You will operate in a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS environment, where ownership, curiosity, and consistent effort shape outreach, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Resilient in high-volume outbound environments with persistence.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce/Outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive outbound pipeline through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling.
• Translate complex SaaS value propositions into compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and use tools to structure daily activity.
• Provide market feedback to refine messaging and product direction.
• Continuously test outreach approaches to improve response rates.
