• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of outbound marketing experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Experience with B2B outbound marketing tools such as Eurostaffs Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to logistics buyers and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation for logistics services.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: design and implement targeted outbound marketing campaigns across email, cold calling, direct mail, and social media.
• Cold Outreach & Follow-Up: conduct outreach via email and phone to potential clients in logistics and related industries.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: identify target industries and decision-makers to generate and nurture qualified leads.
• Set Campaigns Goals & Track Performance: monitor KPIs such as open and conversion rates and measure ROI.
• Management of Campaigns in Marketing Tech Stack: use Salesforce and SalesLoft to manage databases and tracking.
• Event & Webinar Promotion: support outreach for logistics-related events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Social Media Management: manage Eurostaffs-focused channels and recommend optimal platforms.
