Job summary

You will manage customer orders, quotations, deliveries, and service coordination, collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years in back-office, strong administration skills, and fluency in Spanish with advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Back-office/Order Management role.
• Experience with administration and corporate processes.
• Ability to lead and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, quotations, and deliveries throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics and internal teams.
• Handle invoicing, service coordination, and contract maintenance.
