Job summary

Alan is hiring Operations Experts in Spain, France and Belgium to join a team of 50+ runners across countries. You will manage insurance and health service processes, monitor operations, and collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role emphasizes process improvement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is important.

Qualifications

• Strong and structured written and verbal communication in English and at least one of French or Dutch.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data.
• Highly organised with strong follow-up and detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in insurance or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run Insurance or Health services processes (Ops Runners).
• Monitor day-to-day operations and follow up.
• Flag risks and opportunities within operations.
• Operate processes (invoicing, claims, provider network management, documentation).
• Define and own monitoring schemes for volumes, efficiency, SLAs; identify risks and improvements.
• Supervise partnerships (teleconsultation, claim operators) and ensure business continuity.
• Conduct controls on daily operations and identify training needs.
• Escalate feedback and prioritize initiatives to improve processes and services.
• Explore automation, external communication, process auditing, and automation tool use with product teams.
