Alan is hiring an Operations Coordinator to join a fast‑growing team delivering insurance and health services across multiple countries. You will operate core processes, monitor performance, and collaborate with engineering, product, and care teams to ensure service excellence.

The role focuses on continuous improvements and strong operational discipline. You will work in a flexible, largely remote setup with opportunities to engage across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.

• Operated processes and services for companies at scale.
• Support internal teams (live and via documentation).
• Develop and monitor operating processes and SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Run insurance/health services processes (Ops Runner).
• Monitor day-to-day operations and follow-up.
