Alan, the new standard in prevention insurance, is hiring an Operations Expert based in France, Belgium or Spain. You will join a diverse team delivering insurance and health services across pools, improving processes and ensuring top-notch service for members and companies.

We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication in English and one of French or Dutch, and a track record of managing complex operations with cross-country

Formación

• Strong operations experience across healthcare or insurance contexts.
• Customer-facing experience and cross-country coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent English with another European language (French or Dutch) preferred.
• Independent work style and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate processes and services across insurance and health operations.
• Monitor day-to-day performance and ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, care and providers to optimize workflows.
• Define and own monitoring schemes for volumes, SLAs, and efficiency.
• Escalate feedback and drive continuous process improvements.
