Santen is seeking a Medical Representative in Spain to drive commercial growth across a defined territory, delivering compelling product presentations and building trusted relationships with clinicians and pharmacists.

You will design smart territory plans, monitor competitors, report insights, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to exceed objectives while maintaining a customer-focused approach and strong regulatory awareness.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Ophthalmology experience is a strong asset.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused with strong stakeholder management.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office tools (SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute smart territory plans ensuring optimal coverage and call frequency.
• Deliver impactful product presentations leading to recommendations and prescriptions.
• Build trust-based relationships with clinicians, pharmacists, and stakeholders.
• Adapt approach by understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen positioning.
• Maintain accurate reporting and translate insights into action plans.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to refine strategies and exceed objectives.
