Codomo Living is seeking an Operations Specialist based in Granada to support our locations across Spain and Portugal. You will be the connective tissue ensuring day-to-day operations are well organized and efficiently executed.

In a growing, international environment you will coordinate activities, manage documentation and reporting, and work with internal teams and external partners. You’ll spot opportunities to improve processes and take ownership of improvements.

Formación

• Some experience in an operational, administrative or coordinating role.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus
• Good skills in Excel, reporting, digital systems and administrative processes
• Good commercial and financial understanding
• Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
• Experience in residential real estate, hospitality, PBSA or flex living is a plus
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese administrative, tax or regulatory processes is a plus
• You are based in or willing to work from Granada
• You are organized, accurate and easily maintain an overview
• You take ownership, proactively follow up and make sure things get done
• You communicate easily with different teams and stakeholders
• You quickly learn new systems and enjoy thinking about how processes can be improved
• You are comfortable coordinating and working with different internal teams and external stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational activities and monitor actions, deadlines and agreements for our locations in Spain and Portugal
• Manage documentation and keep spreadsheets, reports and operational overviews up to date
• Support administrative and operational processes
• Coordinate with internal teams, local colleagues, suppliers and other external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to make processes smarter or more efficient and proactively implement improvements
• Support different Codomo locations and occasionally travel between locations in Spain and Portugal when needed
