Impress, a leading European dental health-tech innovator, is seeking a data operations analyst for our Barcelona headquarters on-site. You will design, maintain, and optimize internal data, own clinic scheduling and capacity management, and ensure data integrity across departments.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal, Operations, Country, and Customer Care to implement data processes and drive OKRs while identifying trends and bottlenecks for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Degree in Economics or Statistics required.
• Experience in operations, preferably in dental, retail, aesthetics or related sectors.
• Hands-on mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain, and optimize internal data using internal and external tools.
• Own clinic scheduling and capacity management; harmonize visit types across countries.
• Ensure data integrity by regular updates and quality controls.
• Assist in data management and ensure clean database across departments.
• Lead data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns for strategic decisions.
• Serve as liaison between Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal, Operations, Country, and Customer Care for data processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
• Monitor and assess OKRs across the company.
• Identify new trends or technologies to improve workflows.
• Lead by example and drive continuous improvement.

This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).

Your Role:

• Design, maintain, and optimize internal data using internal and external tools
• Own clinic scheduling and capacity management. Open and close agendas and help to harmonize visit types amongst countries for efficiency
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly updating records and implementing quality control measures.
• Assist in data management and help with data integrity, deepdiving in each patient situation, and help to have a clean database
• Assist in creating data and help to put controls over different departments
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and patterns to inform strategic decision-making in the requested areas
• Serve as a key liaison between multiple departments (Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal, Operations, Country, and Customer Care) to ensure alignment on data processes and strategy.
• Identify and investigate inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks in current workflows, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the company's OKRs
• Take the initiative to identify new trends, technologies, or methodologies that could improve workflows.
• Lead by example & never stop improving

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to support daily cross-functional work
• Degree in Economics or Statistics
• Experience in operations within a company in the dental or similar sectors such as Retail, Luxury, Aesthetics, or direct-to-consumer sales
• 100% hands‑on mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with data and conduct analysis for strategic decisions
• Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools
